The contents of the boxes may vary weekly depending on seasonality and availability.

3. Formation of the Agreement

 

 

An agreement is formed once the customer places an order and the order is confirmed by Shelloh Eats.

 

Shelloh Eats reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

 


 

 

4. Prices and Payment

 

 

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

 

Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods.

 

Shelloh Eats reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to already confirmed orders.

 


 

 

5. Subscriptions

 

 

If applicable, subscriptions are automatically renewed.

 

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing cycle via their account or by contacting customer support.

 


 

 

6. Delivery

 

 

Delivery takes place on the delivery date indicated by Shelloh Eats.

 

Delivery times are indicative only. Delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other external factors do not entitle the customer to compensation.

 

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery address details.

 


 

 

7. Fresh Products

 

 

Shelloh Eats products are fresh and perishable.

 

Customers are responsible for proper storage of products after delivery.

 

Shelloh Eats is not responsible for quality issues resulting from improper storage after delivery.

 


 

 

8. Complaints, Returns, and Refunds

 

 

Due to the perishable nature of fresh products, returns are not accepted.

 

Complaints regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, preferably with photos.

 

Shelloh Eats will assess the complaint and may offer a replacement or a full or partial refund.

 


 

 

9. Liability

 

 

Shelloh Eats is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit.

 

Shelloh Eats’ liability is limited at all times to the value of the relevant order.

 


 

 

10. Force Majeure

 

 

Shelloh Eats is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions, or government measures.

 


 

 

11. Privacy
